Very nice!  I don't know how accurate the color is, but I really like it.  Nice tattoo as well.

it's a regular burgundy color. some of the pictures make it look different.

But thanks everyone! I wish I had had a different color of thread to sew it with, but I was so excited to start this project, I just used what I had on hand.

So, this is my first time ever making something out of flat fabric. I usually am making t-shirt recons, so I was kind of excited when I saw the challenge for this month.

I found the pattern for this dress in a box of donated books at the library where i work. It wasn't in an envelop or anything so I'm not sure who to credit.  Undecided

I don't have any in progress picture. But here's the finished work.
(sorry for the bathroom mirror pics)

Both bedsheets were purchased at Walmart. The burgundy is a thick cotton top sheet, and the beige is a jersey knit top sheet. I just don't use top sheets. They get kicked off of the foot of the bed. Nice to have a use for them now.

C&C welcome. Good luck everyone.  Cheesy

That is really good! I like the colors you have used, is the background behind the squirrels a slightly patterned paper?
Thanks,

nope. it's a framed in a floating frame. the background you're seeing it the fabric wall of my cubicle at work.

Veeery stylish, good work! I love blue one with golden leaves or smth Smiley

they're actually just clasps that i bought at the craft store. I stitched them on so they can't be opened. i thought it looked neat.  Cheesy

things that i've made in the past year and a half:

sorry for the photospam. i just figured this would be easier than uploading them in separate topics.
you'll notice that some of these are from the Super Happy Cute Crochet book. Get it at your local library, for sure.
All of the others have been collected through free patterns, purchased patterns, altered patterns. whatever.
