I love the look of the ruched.. or gathered style ball gown skirts.
Im looking to make my own.
I just need some advice on how to go about getting this effect with my fabric.(which is satin) Tongue

This is the style skirt (gathered look) I want to work on but I need to know how to make the gathers ??
