I recommend using an herbal tea with lemon and honey. If you don't have herbal tea, heat up a cup of water like you were making tea, and use lemon and honey. If you don't have honey, I used brown sugar. It made my throat feel so much better.

Stitch markers are used by knitters to help keep track of the number of stitches, repeats in patterns or to mark the beginning of a row when knitting in the round.
