My new years resolution is to eat healthy and loose weight. The plan is to eat 5 fruits and veggies per day and drink 6 bottles of water. I created a fun way to track my fruits/veggies and water. It hangs on my fridge. I knitted all the fruits/veggies (banana, tomato, orange, broccoli, and carrot) and the water bottles. There's a large pocket on the bottom to hold all the fruits/veggies and waters. When I eat a fruit/veggie I place a one in a pocket. Same with the water. On the bottom pocket I put strips of velcro and made letters to create any motivational message I want. I couldn't decide on what message I wanted it to say, so I just made it so I can change it whenever I want.
Since I made this, I've been doing much better eating healthy...I think it makes me want to eat better since I see it everytime I go into the kitchen.
