i got my package yesterday and it was so much fun!  my partner really did a great job picking out fabrics and extras that i love Cheesy

the purse - it's hard to see in the picture but there's some peats/gathers in the brown fabric around the outside of the print fabric.  it looks really neat irl


everything in it.  she made a cute little card for me, and the chocolate is already gone!  hahaha


it's a kleenex holder and organza flowers from my wist! so awesome Smiley

the colors match just about everything i own.  i'm stoked Smiley

Thanks for the tips and advice Smiley  since i've been using my living room floor and a cutting mat to do all my cutting i'll stick with pinning and cutting instead of tracing and cutting.  i like the tape idea, so i'll start doing that Smiley

for now i've just carefully folded the paper pattern and put it away for next time.  some day i'll try tracing the pattern pieces to some interfacing or muslin.
