21  HOME SWEET HOME / Exterior Decorating / Yard Art / Gardening: Completed Projects / Re: Backyard Babes on: March 11, 2005 06:37:49 PM
Ha!  Those are crazy-hilarious!  What a fun garden project (what a fun aunt!).
22  HOME SWEET HOME / Interior Decorating: Completed Projects / Re: our playroom (okay, its really our sons) on: March 11, 2005 06:35:57 PM
That is the coolest playroom I've ever seen!  Makes me want to redo my own tot's playroom (it looks so boring compared to what you've created...a Mondrian masterpiece!).  I also agree...I would try to sell it with THOSE walls as is first.  I think someone could totally dig what you've done and actually make your home sell faster.  As someone who has sold two former abodes within one day of listing that had many many brightly painted walls, I know it can be done.  Thanks for inspiring!
23  MISCELLANEOUS TOPICS / Completed Projects / Re: Felt Cakes! on: March 11, 2005 06:25:13 PM
oh my goodness, those are SO sweet (in literally all the meanings you use the word 'sweet' for)!  Yummy.
24  MISCELLANEOUS TOPICS / Completed Projects / Re: Altered tiles on: March 11, 2005 06:22:37 PM
Those are stunningly beautiful!  My sister restores tiles and was thinking of creating some such as yours.  I'll have to pass her a link to THIS post.  Wow!
25  OCCASIONS AND HOLIDAYS / Baby Showers And Gifts For New Babies / Re: velvety "take me home" hat on: March 10, 2005 04:38:44 PM
It looks really beautiful!  It even appears 'velvety'.  Is it crochetted?
26  KNITTING / Knitting: Completed Projects / Re: Gwennabe Zim Hat! on: March 10, 2005 04:32:26 PM
i so very much heart your design & hope to make one very very soon-ish.  Thank you for the pattern!  All the hats that have been made (& shared thus far) are gorgeous.  I am especially inspired since my galpal stranglelittlemama knit one up and it turned out fabulous (did you give it to your recipient yet, C?!).  I'm drooling & oogling.
27  KNITTING / Knitting: Completed Projects / Re: easter chick egg cosies + tutorial on: March 10, 2005 04:21:27 PM
ohhhhhh....I know a couple of totlets (& their ma!) that would love some of these little chickies!  Thanks so kindly for the wonderful tut & pattern.  Those little chicks are chirpie-cute!
28  KNITTING / Knitting: Completed Projects / Re: Projects from "Last Minute Knitted Gifts" on: February 02, 2005 04:41:35 PM
I heart everyone's projects from this book (I heart this book.  there.).  I have made several things, with several others still-in-prog (most photos of such should be, or will be on my blog), but I wanted to share the lastest.  This also gives a visual as to how it might fit a toddler (well, at least my particular totlet).  Here...cotton hat:

I think I might make the length a tad longer next time (I just like' em that way), as does the tie appear a bit high to anyone else?  I just assumed that it would hit lower on the head.  Maybe not.  Maybe it's just my so-so knitting skills.  It's a very cute and easy hat pattern regardless!
29  KNITTING / Knitting: Completed Projects / Re: Shrinky Dinks Stitch Markers! With tutorial on: January 22, 2005 06:32:59 PM
Good golly those do rawk!  Not only that but what a fantastic & wonderful tutorial.  Thank you!
30  KNITTING / Knitting: Completed Projects / Re: my new Valentine's hats! on: January 22, 2005 01:25:42 PM
Beautiful, chic and sweet...all at once.  You have amazing designs & knitting skills, to say the very least!
