Hey! Have you tried blocking her wings? I don't know if that works as well for crochet as it does for knitting (I'm a knitter) but it can really help with curling edges, and it might be worth a shot!

i absolutely love the dragonriders series! and it's a very beautiful firelizard. i wish i could crochet like that! did you use a pattern, or make it up as you went?

The wings really are beautiful. It's all of the detail that really makes them. And I swear to god, I've made a pair of horns that are EXACTLY like your blue ones!!! same twist and everything!!! Only I think the stripes on mine are a funny silver, yours look green. Anyways! What a cool case of crafting synchronicity!!! Lol, great job, and good luck on the craft show!

omg. i could see you crocheting around and around the edge like a big granny square and turning it into a rug. or even making more patches that size and sewing them together into a floor covering...
