This is a wood burned box I am made for a Warehouse 13 swap with NightOwl21. I never post my swaps in the regular threads afterwards. I thought this turned out really nice. It is H.G. Wells.
I made some wildlife silhouette pendants the other day. They are my favorite things I have etched since I moved to Michigan. A nice deep smooth etch. I think it was because the weather was so hot. I am going to try a hot water bath for my etchant solution now that it has cooled off a bit.
I realized last night that I have not posted any of the metalwork I have made since January 2010. So here is some stuff from the winter of 2010.
Here are some earrings
These are necklace center pieces a lady contracted me to make for her. They were not all successes but they are good examples of the technique. [img]http://www.craftster.org/pictures/data/500/medium/161112_01Jul12_Tree_red.jpg[/img
I received a beautifully detailed wrap package, Agent NightOwl, of which I promptly opened destroying the organization and lovely wrapping.
All my swag together.
