I had a freezer paper stencil date this past weekend with my BFF and these are the shirts I made. My boyfriend requested at Dr. Who inspired stencil of a cyberman and I got the onesie "cheeky monkey" idea from another craftster (who I will TOTALLY credit once I find the post again lol.)

This is my first attempt with freezer paper stenciling (stenciling period, actually) and I am super stoked at how they turned out. YAY!

I saw a tut on how to make this while stumbling the other night and tried to do it from memory. It came out pretty cool, although I wasn't quite sure how to end it. Guess I should have bookmarked the site. I don't smoke either lol so I gave it to my Mom.

I admit it. I am one of the many "secret bacon society" enthusiasts.  lol. OK, ok. I just really love bacon and decided the only logical thing to do was to make some earrings. So far the reactions & compliments have been no less than hilarious. I love them <3
I used Sculpty oven-bake clay in Pearl and Pottery. The pearl color gave the strips a nice shimmer. Cause who doesn't like a shimmery strip of bacon?!

 :DThis year my boyfriend and I were supposed to make each other gifts this year. I kept up my end of the deal and this is what I made. He bought me a sewing machine.....lol.... .guess I can't be too mad. I ironed a pic of me making a kissy face on the inside front of a pair of his boxer briefs. You should have seen his face when he saw this....priceless. He giggled so much, he says he's not sure if he will be able to wear them lol:

I used this recipe to make gifts for loved ones this year. It's so easy and easy to modify for a sugar-free diet (which I also made)
1 1/2 cups of sugar (or Splenda)
1 1/2 cups of fat-free powdered milk
3/4 cup of cocoa powder
3/4 cup of non dairy coffee creamer* (or sugar free)
* you can use any flavor of creamer to add a personal touch, I like the french vanilla myself.
I put the powdered milk into a food processor because it makes for a smoother look, but it isn't necessary. Once it was all mixed together, I put it into an old spaghetti sauce jar and decorated it. I also dipped some plastic spoons in chocolate and gave the recipient a bag of mini marshmallows YAY!
