A friend of mine asked me to help her make two little tutus for little girls who LOVE fairies.  So we researched how to make no-sew tutus and this is what we came up with  



We bought light pink, fuschia, and green tulle from Wal-mart. We also added ribbon that was silver and sparkly.  What little girl wouldn't like a tutu!
