you did a great job.  i have been working on the nerve to try these because my b/f really needs custom fit clothes for school.  he is taller than most shirts.  did you follow a pattern or some online instructions?  could you give us a tutorial on how you make the placket?  that is the part that has been my hurdle.  i don't seem to understand the instructions in the pattern that i have.  thanks.

hi.  i ordered one through the link given in a differnt craftster thread and i am having a bit of trouble making use of all the features.  i can't believe it did not come with an instruction leaflet.  i was able to make some ruffles attached to a piece of fabric, but i have questions about what the notches on the right side are.  you can lift up the deal and slide it over to a new setting.  wtf is this?  i understand that the screw is moved in or out depending on what size you want the ruffle....but what about those other settings?  i have searched google and i am still in need of help.  if anyone could enlighten me, it would be greatly appreciated.   thanks for any help!!  leslie
i posted this in 2 places hoping for the most exposure.  thanks for understanding!! Grin

10  NEWS AND DISCUSSION ABOUT CRAFTSTER / Craftster Itself / Re: Your Opinions on Craftster's Speed Lately on: April 13, 2005 06:46:23 AM
hi.  i notice that when i surf during peak hours it is really slow.  peak hours i guess would be like prime time tv hours.  i didn't really take notie of the time.  when i am up in the wee hours of the night, it's normal.  otherwise, it's not bad.
