1  HOME SWEET HOME / Crafty Housewares: Completed Projects: Reconstructed / From Ashley Judd to Headboard? on: January 09, 2009 05:16:43 AM
The local Goody's in our town closed and they had this big Ashley Judd hard foam board. I was on my way to the hardware store to buy plywood for a headboard but I thought- hey this might work. Then I saw a large black table cloth and my brain juices started to flow. So here is from Ashley Judd to Headboard! Just doing my little part to make my bedroom fabulous and recycle! Oh yeah...total cost $8

2  CLOTHING / Designer Clothing Homage / Ugh...I need these!!! on: January 08, 2009 07:03:20 PM
I found two awesome pics while boredly (yeah, yeah that isn't a word) scouring the internet. I love them and can't wait until I can get the motivation to try my hand at them. Any suggestions?

This one has Maggie London in the filename

I would kill with this and a pair of long boots!
3  CLOTHING / Clothing: Discussion and Questions / More corset questions on: January 07, 2009 05:47:03 PM
 Huh
While I am reading every post on the 90 page corset sticky. I thought maybe someone could streamline it for me.

I am a 34 (mostly)or 36DD- approaching a bigger size(I thought the breast reduction surgery would stick  Cry). I want a functional, strong corset that cinches my waist about an inch or two. Should I go overbust or underbust? What are the best, strongest fabrics and what other supplies would I need?

Thanks!

7  CLOTHING / Clothing for Kids: Completed Projects / Retro Top for My DD on: November 30, 2008 07:09:04 AM
This is the first time I have made something for my daughter on the sewing machine, and the first time I've sewed in about 2 years.
