Love these! They look chic yet comfortable.
2  CLOTHING / Clothing: Completed Projects: General / Re: pleated dress with topstiching on: April 19, 2013 06:39:13 PM
All the dresses you post are so pretty! This one, with its unusual topstitching, really looks great. I can't imagine doing sewing that is so precise.

The way you style things to make a complete outfit is very cool.

Cute! Beautiful color, too. This doesn't look like an easy garment to make.

Adorable -- fits you perfectly and has a great retro look.
5  CLOTHING / Clothing: Completed Projects: General / Re: I could have done something normal...Prom dress :D on: July 29, 2011 06:07:03 AM
Amazing. Love the assymetrical bodice. The plaid lining is a fab surprise -- really makes the dress pop!
6  CLOTHING / Clothing: Completed Projects: General / Re: Four Corners Apron (image heavy) on: July 29, 2011 06:02:41 AM
This apron is beautiful! Love your fabric choice, too.

Like so many items posted on craftster, this has inspired me. I don't cook, so I'm going to make a non-apron top using this "four corners" idea. I think I'll elasticize the waist.

Thanks for the inspiration!

9  CLOTHING / Clothing: Discussion and Questions / Re: Turning a too big shirt into a shirt that fits? on: April 15, 2011 10:01:38 AM
First: Congratulations on losing weight! Yeahhh!
Second: Resizing t-shirts is easiest when you cut the sleeves off first.
Third: Check out that tute posted by smarmyclothes, because her website really rocks.
