7  REUSING/RECYCLING/RECRAFTING / What the heck can I do with THIS? / Re: Page a Day Calendar?? on: April 27, 2009 02:24:39 PM
the thing I always think of when people have paper to recycle is to make new second gen. paper! there a bajillion resources online for making your own paper in a blender and what not!
Also you could use them to make gift tags by cutting them into shape an hole punching the end.
You could also use them as the cover for note pads if you want to do your own soft cover book binding, there's lots of stuff online that shows how to do that too!
There's always collage too! heh, have fun!

9  REUSING/RECYCLING/RECRAFTING / What the heck can I do with THIS? / Re: What to do with...all of this? Tons of things! on: April 14, 2009 03:34:15 PM
cans are suuper fun the reuse because you can cut them up (carefully, so you don't cut yourself) with an old pair of kitchen scissors and bend them into pretty much anything you want! a friend of mine made a little dragon with big delicate wings out of cut pop can. Also, if you're at all into photography, popcan aluminum is perfect for making the hole for pin hole cameras. look it up, it's loads of fun. happy recycling!
