So yesterday i bought all materials for my bag:

-4 silver D-Rings, 4 wooden rings (seems to be coconut)

-1125 meters of cotton (Schachenmayr Nomotta "Catania"( a coats line) color: signal red)

-some rest fabric made of viscose. its a wonderful wine-red and it depends how you hold it, it has a greenish shimmer

So.. finally i've finished my mothersdaygift.. just in time (why is othersday always so early.. can't someone call me two weeks before so i can make a normal gift???)

well.. first i wanted to  give my mom a nice bouquet of flowers from our garden.. but then, 10 minutes before BBQ she told me, that the flowers we have are pretty ugly, and she wants to destroy them.. hm, my bouquet is mostly done with those flowers... i love them.. but now, because she don't like them, she won't get fresh flowers... she will get something flower-y, selfmade, without smell, but much sweat and tears.....

it's my selfmade Crochet-Bouquet!

each flower took about 45 minutes. the stems(?) are pipecleaner's, the blooms are made in one piece and i used chainstitch, double crochet and single crochet

Long  time went into country since i posted the last time. maybe someone noticed that i am normally a crocheter, but today i will post something i sewed.

at first i posted his one into the misc section but nobody even seemed to notice, so that's why i post it here again. maybe i will get some reviews now.

i always thought that my crochethooks look very lost in my huge wool-bag. so i needed an crochethookcase. in the internet i found this one here with the instruction, which inspired me:

i wanted to do something that looks a bit like this, but with my own touch of style.

my first try was absolutely... i can't tell it, just have a look:


it was all sewed by hand.. that's why it is so bad.



my second try was better.. i sewed it with machine and used cotton and silk. i think it looks better than the first try, but isn'T perfect anyway:


again the sewed lines aren't straight at all.

but my third try was the best one i think. i am very proud about this one:

a little bow i added on the ear

So once again it'S me, the monster from across the ocean...

Christmas comes faster and faster and my little thumbs decided

" we will no longer crochet on this blanket" myself thought " ok, hats a deal, but what are we  going to crochet instead? i neet a christmas Gift!!!"

i searched all along thos forums and found: the cute little lavender bunny by Rheatheylia.. i fell in love with this, when i saw it first... so i made my own... it took me almost, i thing 2 weeks, but just because i couldn't crochet 24/7 ... so here are some pics of my cutie:

[the first thing]

hey ho everyone.. i follow this board for a while and decided that i will post some of my stuff too.. i teached myself how to crochet a few days ago, and i think you can see this on my works 

so the first thing i crochetet was a little lamb for a friend of mine in austria.. she'S sooo in love with little lambs that i decided to craft her one for christmas

( hurry on buddys.. there are just 5 weeks left!!!!  )

i didn't really use a pettern, just this pic here:

i made it a little irokese, because my friend is a little nuts but i love her for this
I know its not the best one, but it's made with a lot of sweat and tears i would throw it on the wall so often, but finally finished it in 3 evenings... please be nice on commenting


the second thing i'm on, is a blanket for my mother-in-law.. first i tried to do it in different ros.. many different sitches.. every row different.. but then i recognized that it would take too lang til christmas... Yesterday evening i startet a different blanket.. it's in Granny squares and looks like this until now:

i will do twelve of this ones in different colors and stitch them together 3x4 and make a cute little round around it all.. i hope it will be finished for my mother-in-law so she will have it very cozy on her sofa
