1  HOME SWEET HOME / Interior Decorating: Discussion and Questions / Need more storage in bathroom on: March 18, 2013 03:15:39 PM

I have a bathroom just like this one (the house down the street if for sale) and I need more storage.
We are very handy people and could redo the bathroom ourselves but I think we need to get custom cabinets to fit the shape of the room. I would like to have shelving/drawers in the middle part but think it might be a lot of wasted space. Also building a cabinet on top of the counter.

Any thoughts or suggestions about storage under the sink areas?

I hope we do the words/phrases! This will be good to start a hoopla wall in my classroom! Already have a board started for Pinterest!
4  QUILTING / Quilting: Discussion and Questions / Re: Quilt Backing... Sheet vs Cutting Fabric? on: July 05, 2012 06:27:37 AM
Use matching fabric. You will get the same quality of material on the front and back.

This was the first quilt pattern I made. I now always do this for the back of my quilts. It makes it look fun on the back and use the rest of the scraps you might have. Just adjust the width of the extra strip to fit the back of your quilt.

Those dates are good with me. I have acquired my great aunt's sewing room so my house is now "Hoarders of Joann's". I am having fun sorting but need some project to work on to make use of this fabric. My partner might be getting some few extras!

We are starting a Japanese unit next week and I am going to display them in the classroom. Hope they do not make them ninja throwing stars!

Awesome job! I am getting back into it ... another hobby I probably should not get back into but I already have all of the supplies but not really the time. I am trying to learn the Forars Kaede chain.

Just received my Asian inspired coasters from moniqueramsey!
They are sooo awesome and going to look great with my black desk! They are made of of mini canvas! I might have to hang them up when I am not using them!
