Thank you.  I tried my luck on Etsy.com  That place is pretty neat!  We will see how it goes.  I kept my going price...tho I was hesitant for a milisecond.  I will see what happens.  Hell, for .20 listing fee...noone loses out here...really.  Lol

Another question: I am just full of them it seems.

For those of you who sell your crafts...how do you figure in your price?  I am curious...I posted something on Etsy and I did my research as to others shops and my scarf is pretty low cost compared to some...and my step mom made me second guess myself...I hate it when she does that...but thats neither here nor there.  I just need to see how others factor in cost of supplies, time, shipping, ect.  I dont want to sell it and not make any profit what so ever...cuz then, what would the point be?

Thanks so much for hearing me out and helping me in this selling world.

I have a question for yall:

When starting a new color...do you tie it in or weave it in? I was weaving it in, but now I am having second thoughts on that cuz it seemed that there was a larger hole in it in the area where I had weaved it in...and I didnt notice it until like three times around.  Aaaaaaagh! So, what would you suggest?

;DThank you for your compliments!  The yarn was a mixed yarn. so it striped all on its own...nothin to it.  I love it...lol.  I know I already said that, but I dooooo.  I am working on another one right now.  I went out and got some of the fun yarn and mixed it with the soft yarn that I used in the pic above...I was worried that the different textures would look weird, but it actually looks really really cool. This KK thing is really really addicting.  I will share once I am done.

I FINISHED my magic scarf last night at work.  I did the super stretchy bind off, but I am not sure I did it right cuz it doesnt stretch nearly as much as the beginning part of the scarf.  Hmmmm....I will have to upload a pic, but its safe to say I absolutely LOVE IT.  Its so soft and snuggly and WARM.  Woohooo!  I want to make another one now....lol

Thank you! Thank you!  I am excited cuz I went to Jo-Ann fabrics and I got some really nice yarn regularly priced at $4.99 for $1 a skein!  I bought the last 4 in the one color.   Gonna take this to work with me tonight.  I work graveyard so it will keep me busy.  Thanks again!

I was trying to go through the 81 pages on this thread to find out more about the "magic scarf"...I havent found an answer to my question though...and my eyelids are getting very droopy as it is nearing 11:30pm...lol  I want to make one of these scarves sooo badly.  I have always wanted one, but never bought one for myself...and now that I am addicted to this and see I can make one for myself I am really excited!  So what stitch do I use to do this...is it the basic e stitch?  Please dont beat me with a wet noodle if this question has been asked already...lol.  Thank you for any help.  And good night cuz I am so ready to hit the hay.  Nikki Smiley
