2  IMAGE REPRODUCTION TECHNIQUES / Other Image Reproduction Techniques: Discussion and Questions / Help Designing a T-Shirt Logo for Panic Attack Website on: December 30, 2005 07:17:58 AM
Hi, I'm currently building a website dedicated towards helping people who suffer from panic attacks.  I have had them for about 10 years and I'd like my website to encourage people to not be ashamed of having a panic/anxiety disorder.  Anyhow, I'm planning on offering free iron on transfers to get the word out about my website and I'm looking for help designing a logo for the t-shirts.  I'd like the website to have a hipster feel to it, kind of promoting panic attacks as something to be proud of rather than be ashamed of.  Sorry if this is vague but if anyone can help, I'd be super grateful.

Thanks, it was kind of hard and annoying to figure out the pattern but I really get a lot of joy making my own stuff.  A sense of accomplishment! Grin
6  PURSES, BAGS, WALLETS / Purses, Bags, Wallets: Discussion and Questions / My go at it... on: June 10, 2005 12:45:33 AM
Ok, pretty dissapointed in this stupid bag but here is my take on it.  I used the basics here: http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=24610.0

This bag was a lot of work and I wish I would have used a different fabric.  The lining is pink also.

Anyhow, here it is...

And a close up...

7  PURSES, BAGS, WALLETS / Purses, Bags, Wallets: Discussion and Questions / Looking for Inspiration for a nice Big Tote For Travelling on: June 06, 2005 06:07:24 AM
Hi everyone, I'm going on vacation to Hawaii and the travel time is 13 hours.  I know the shape of bag I want but I'm looking for some inspiration on the design/art/decoration to put on the bag.  Any suggestions would be appreciated.  I'm willing to try my hand at anything.

Thanks!

9  HOME SWEET HOME / Interior Decorating: Discussion and Questions / Re: brick paneling on: May 30, 2005 12:07:22 PM
I've seen faux brick wallpaper that looks really nice.  Gives a kind of NYC converted loft feeling.

You can use something like Modge Podge which is a decoupage medium.  I know they sell it in most craft departments.  You just paint it right over whatver you're using and it dries clear and will give you that clear, sealed, "laminated" look.

Have fun!
