I have made a traditional tutu for my daughter, just by the loop instructions, but how do you make them so full like this? I really would like to make my DD one similar for Christmas. Thanks!

Well, really my first anything for clothes. I have made 2 aprons for my 3 year old daughter and this skirt. DH just got me a sewing machine on Halloween. I have to say, I'm proud
LOL And yes, my monkey is standing on the couch
And I just noticed a hanging string...oops
