My husband and I are travelling around Australia this year in our campervan... and I have finally had a great idea for a crafty travel project!!

Basically, I want to make The Great Australian Granny Square! But I want to make it a collaborative project with people from all over the world contributing...

I have made some raindrop earrings out of sterling wire before...



and some cloud ones, too.

Maybe some little stud ones out of the silver sheet? Hmmm....

I'm so excited!!! I've not done a piece like this before, and it was a ton of fun

Hi Craftsters!

I am very excited - I actually managed to solder five big links of brass together in a chain the other day - the most I've managed without totally stuffing it up!

I'd love to know what you think of my work - does it look okay? Do you think still being able to see a little silver solder detracts from the piece?
