Wow what a funny swap this has been! Bad on my part, it turns out I ended up sending the wrong parcels to my partners! Silly me, I dont think Ill ever trust myself with more than one swap partner now hahaha! Hopefully it will be sorted out soon!

In the meantime, I have recieved some wonderful packages from my partners!

First from Puzzler! Here is the lovely drawstring bag and some awesome button magnets and a button bracelet Cheesy
Some beautiful fabrics and beads!! So excited to use these Smiley

She also sent me some nerds, Werthers and swedish fish!! (no pics sorry because i ate them! haha!!)

From Chrissycrafts i recieved a cute newspaper bag

Everything that was inside! Lots of awesome bits and bobs! The magazine is totally rad. Ribbons, buttons and lots of things to play with!

Awesome fabrics!!

A beautiful necklace Smiley

Apologies for the awful pictures. But thank you so much to my partners. Again I'm so sorry for the mix up of packages, so annoying, especially at this time of year and because its international Sad hopefully it will be sorted soon!! Cheesy <3

Those are gorgeous!  I've often felt frustrated at not knowing what to do with lonely non-vintage keys... this is a real inspiration.  Not to mention yet another fine example of how *everything* looks better when it's blinged up   Grin

Thanks for sharing.

Thank you! Yes I know exactly what you mean, i just had a bunch of these normal keys, when all i really wanted were those awesome vintage ones, that was until I saw what other people did with them Smiley

Everything looks better with sparkles!!

Wouldn't it be fun to remember your old cars or houses by blinging up the keys and keeping them useful?  I know many of you have no idea about this, but computers used to come with keys so you could lock your PC...and those keys are so cute and I have tons of them (I work for a computer company... Cheesy)

What an awesome idea! Cheesy

Great way to recycle mysterious keys...they are quite lovely...love the last one in particular...they all look very medieval to me!

Yes actually now that I think of it, they do kind of look like maces or hammers dont they! Especially the last one. Haha Smiley

Hi there! Just thought I'd like to show you what I made yesterday. I recieved some house keys in a supply swap a while ago and it wasnt until yesterday I came across these beautiful little things http://mysalvagedtreasures.blogspot.com/2011/03/visions-of-spring-repurposed-jewelry.html
that I thought I might give it a go too! They were super duper fun to make, I made them all in one afternoon because I was having so much fun I couldn't stop!
So here are my keys that I made into pendants or hanging ornaments, made from broken jewelery, buttons and gems Smiley

I think this one is my favourite Smiley
Thanks for looking Smiley
