1  JEWELRY AND TRINKETS / Trinkets and Jewelry: Completed Projects: General / Re: Plumbing Chain Wrap Bracelet on: January 05, 2012 01:28:15 AM
I love these bracelets! I've been meaning to make some for a while Smiley You've used really nice colour combinations.
2  SEWING IN GENERAL / Sewing in General: Discussion and Questions / Sewing a design onto fabric on: December 12, 2011 11:17:06 PM
Today I bought some polar fleece to make a plush rabbit. I want to sew swirls onto the pieces, to resemble this rabbit design http://okamiworld.com/wiki/index.php?title=Yumigami.
What would be the best way to do this? I was thinking of cutting out the design from other material and sewing it on, or maybe embroidery. I'm not very experienced.
Thank you!
3  CLOTHING / Clothing: Discussion and Questions / Samue Pattern? on: July 05, 2009 04:04:31 AM
I was wondering if anyone knows of any patterns for making samue? Free would be best, because buying online is not really an option. Also if it is to buy it would be easiest if it was one of those sites that let you download the pattern rather than get a book sent to you ^^;

I've found this: http://homepage3.nifty.com/samantha/samue.html
Which pretty much just scared me XD

Thanks very much for any suggestions Cheesy
4  JEWELRY AND TRINKETS / Trinkets and Jewelry: Discussion and Questions / Re: Cartouche on: November 21, 2008 09:05:22 PM
You could weave one with peyote, brick, or square stitch  Smiley
I designed a pattern for my name in hieroglphs but I haven't got around to making it.

I'll try that out. Thanks! Smiley
6  JEWELRY AND TRINKETS / Trinkets and Jewelry: Discussion and Questions / Japanese beaded animals on: November 03, 2008 03:08:33 PM
I've been making a lot of them lately (they look like this: http://emuishere.deviantart.com/art/Beaded-Apple-95835620 )
I haven't uploaded my animal ones yet.
(Basically Japanese beading kind of looks like the animals are made out of a net of beads, or something like that. So rry for my bad explaination  Undecided )

I'm not sure how to attach them to things- I was going to use a phone strap, but I stil; am unsure about how to attach it to that. I first thought about jump rings, but I'm not very confident.

Any ideas?  Cheesy
