1  CLOTHING / Clothing for Kids: Completed Projects / Re: Is it too gothic for a 2 year old? on: March 18, 2010 07:26:00 AM
I wouldn't call it too Gothic at *all*! I think it's beautiful, and frankly very, very classic. One of those timeless, fad-less numbers. And I love the petticoat idea!

Fab. U. Lous. I am trying desperately to find "concert" onsies, but as I live in England (I'm American though) they're really hard to find here. That is SO cute!!!

Oooo! I love this! (I have twins too, btw!) So, buttonholes terrify and annoy me, so what are your hints???

SOOOOOOOOOOO cute, and I do reenactment clothing and movie costume re-creation as well! Fun! Do you have a turotial for this? I can work without a pattern but I find it easier if someone says "I did it like this" Cheesy I love how full and flouncy it is! I have twins and this would the cutest Easter dresses! (Buttonholes are evil though. That is all.) Cheesy

Oh, don't let appliques scare you! If pinning it is a pain for you, get some of the fusible webbing that comes in sheet and iron that baby on before you sew it! It's one of the cheapest ways to embellish and it's GREAT for delving into your scrap bag!

I love this dress-I am SO doing some of these for the twins! Cute, cute!
