my partner really spoiled me with adorable tiny little things! There are so many. I hope I haven't left any out.
We decided, to save on shipping costs (I am in Canada, she in Australia, hence why it takes so long for us to receive our packages...), to send a lot of tiny items, wrapped in a big ball of yarn. The yarn has the advantage of shielding the content of the package from bumps. We also decided to send a few things particular to our countries.
So, here is the loot:
vintage buttons and handmade soap from a local company
felted wool cat toy (my bigger cat loves it. The other one is afraid of it, due to its size
), a ring with a button, a necklace with a spider encased in resin
books and vintage Australian postcards:
vintage buttons, a key chain of a local bird, a cup holder (this sure will be handy!):
some local foodstuff (including genuine vanilla! hmmm!):
the skein of yarn! It looks hand dyed and spun. Did you do it yourself? What is its composition?
thank you so much!
Hopefully, my package should reach you soon dear partner. It has been, what, 8 weeks already?
