Yeey! So after some minor problem I finally received my package! And ohmygosh, its truly amazing!
My preferred language was Russian and Sofiushka is one really talented crafter Cheesy

Beware! A lot of pics ^^

First a pic of everything:

A totebag with the cutest matroshka(?) ever!

A very russified book

With little pictures and translation on EVERY page!

It also had a very beautiful poem and a Russian map in the beginning and end

Flashcards!

And last, but not least, a box with handcarved rubberstamps of the russian alphabet!!

Thank you Sofiushka! Everything was amazing!

2  Graduation party in Dessert by hollywood suicide on: June 14, 2009 05:45:43 AM
Well, since my little sister graduated from 9Th grade (Which is the end of middle school here) we had to have a little larger graduation party than usual. My grandma made the cookies, my mom the fudgy cake and the vanilla-fruit-cake to the left and made the fudge cupcakes and the fruity, fake cheesecake.

The cheesecake is my own recipe, a mix between regular and frozen cheesecake whit a lot of shortcuts (since I am quite lazy Embarrassed)

And under all of the fruit it looks kinda like this... This is the first one I made. Both the boy and me wanted the strawberries in the middle, resulting in tacky cutting xD

And a closeup on the fudge cupcakes

Thanks for looking Cheesy

3  Recent work :) in Beads: Completed Projects by hollywood suicide on: May 12, 2009 11:43:45 AM
Some of my recent work (Or at lest the ones I've taken pics of ^^)

Spiral rope with plastic chips and seeds in purple and gold.

My first try at RAW. Bracelet made with crystals, glassbeads and seeds.

Second try at RAW. Uneven silver cubes, glassbeads and delicas.

And my favorite, crocheted necklace with ruby zoisite chips, glassbeads and copper details.

And i know, the sofa is just overly hairy! But with two cats in spring you cant find a place without a soon-to-become-fur-carpet  Undecided

Well, since it seems my partner flaked on me I'll post the package I sent her. Although I only have a pic of one thing xD

A bead embroidery pendant with green aventurine, gold and pink seedbeads and goldplated findings. Modeled by my cat, Syntax ^V^

I also sent her a beaded bracelet and a mobile charm, but forgot to take pics of them :/

5  Bead embroidered pendant in Beads: Completed Projects by hollywood suicide on: March 05, 2009 12:54:26 PM
Embroidered pendant made mostly just to play around with color, technique and shapes. Made with colors that I usually don't use and first time doing fringes! The first cabochon has a pyramid shape, which was quite hard to bezel, the other cab has an almondy shape, if you cant see it ^^

Stitched on ultrasuede with cardboard lining. Its made with seed beads in two different shades of brick red, green and bronze, white pearls, green aventurine for the cabochons and light green glass flowers. Its 13 cm long including fringe.

Modeled by Syntax.

6  Sodalite pendant in Beads: Completed Projects by hollywood suicide on: March 01, 2009 09:49:26 AM
Pendant made with seedbeads in two shades of blue and silver, surrounding a dropshaped sodalite cabochon. The 'chain' is rat-tail, but I haven't cut it up yet.

The base is the Swedish equivalent to ultrasuede, I think, but the one I used for this pendant was a little to soft and that made the lines a bit... crocked :/ Well well.. learning as I go ^v^

Here its semi-modeled by the cat, Syntax, who always (always!) sleeps on a third of my beading-space when I'm there.

c&c please... Does it look as... crocked as I think it does?

7  Offloom beaded fanart in Beads: Completed Projects by hollywood suicide on: February 17, 2009 02:50:47 PM
And i give you MARILYN MONROE! Cheesy

First time doing squarestitch, and I'll have to say, I enjoy it very much!
Actually she's quite large for a pendant, 3x7,5 cm, which is why she's hanging is just a suede-band, anything more should have been to much. The endings is made by moi as well and it closes with just a simple toggel clasp.

I started her for a swap here on craftster, but the items we are suppose to do is mediums, and after putting about 7h work into this beauty, I didn't want to give her away ^^

And pic!

Plz, tell me what you think n_n
