I am planning to add the same ribbon tied on the top to the bottom and make a ruffled layer below it in green.  Also plan to make pants in the gingham with the ribbon on the bottom, not sure if i am going to do the green ruffle on bottom yet.

My 2 year old daughter is looking at this with me and she LOVES the dress!  The fabric is really cool.  I have been trying to figure out how to use skull fabric for her and now I have some inspiration.  I also love the fall colors of the shirt and pants.  Very cute.  Nice work!
it was some halloween fabric for 2.22 a yard at walmart.  I wish I would have bought more than one yard because they dont have anymore Sad

I love the second outfit. Did you use a pattern?
i have a home made pattern that i use to make both outfits.  I just make a ruffled bottom twice the size of the leaves one to make the skull dress.
