Bonus Points: Engineering
Project Name: Banana Loaf
Brief Description: Mrs Isabella Beetons recipe and household management books go back to the mid 1800s. I've got a few at home but I found a copy of this recipe online too. I left out the walnuts and used extra white chocolate though because I love my chocolate.
Bananas grow high up in trees.

So far I've done a bit of eBay browsing but I really need to get the linen so I can get started on the fabric parts. CC is on 25th July.

Roler - Thanks! Smiley Be warned, the recipe makes a big batch Wink Your bear turned out great! It looks really cuddly, baby Hugo's going to love it.

Bunny - congrats on the research project, your room looks great. I love that bracelet, turquoise is one oft favourite colours especially in jewellery.

Pishaw13 - that wall hanging is  AMAZING, the fabric is gorgeous!!l

SBC - Polly is really cute! Lovely colours. Great idea to expand out the puppy pattern, he looks really sweet in the blue colours.

LovelyMiss - Your coin pouches are really nice, I really love your fabric choices. I think the pink purse and the book one are my favourites.

Calabaza - the chicken burger and garlic aioli looks delicious!

Gozer - LOVE that wall hanging! It's a real shame about your class, but the project looks like you had a handle on what you were doing. Maybe find an online video to help finish it?

Elliot-Anne - great idea for the colour book. The hot air balloons are brilliant, they make a great decoration. The matching headbands are really cute.

Artsycandice - you've been busy! Everything looks great. I especially like the TM ATC and the Birdie shrine.

Project Picture:

Prompt: May - Boat
Team: Wordy
Bonus Points: I USED THE FORCE
Project Name: Wookie Cookies
Brief Description: May the 4th has been more of a weekend than a day in our house. We watched the prequels and A New Hope over the weekend and will be finishing with the last two tonight. I found this recipe on Nerdy Nummies and made them for movie snacking. And since it was me, it will take an awful lot of water to clean up all the bowls, pans, countertops etc I used, because I am a very messy baker.

I received from crazyda79! Our dottees must have crossed mid-flight Smiley

It came beautifully wrapped (which I will be hoarding). She made me Toph from Avatar!! She's adorable and has the loveliest beads on her tail (the photo doesn't do them justice).

Thank you so much crazyda for my first dotee Smiley

I received an amazing package from Ceda.

Here's everything with the lovely tea aged paper letter she wrote me.

She used the same pretty paper to make a beautiful Harry Potter deathly hallows book. I haven't decided whether to use it as a swap journal or recipe book, but it will be well used.

Ceda knew I wasn't keen on receiving t-shirts so she stitched me the cutest Halfblood t-shirt keychain! Cheesy So clever!

Finally, an Avengers bag. I think this might be my personal favourite. The colours are gorgeous and bold, and the print is awesome. The beads and buttons are all glued on with a washable glue which is so smart because I would never have thought of that. She even sent instructions so I can look after it properly.

Thank you so much for my package Ceda, everything is beautiful and brilliant!

Brief Description: This bag was for the Yarnies v Sewists swap. I've had this fabric stored for ages but loved it too much to use it. It was perfect because my partner listed nature and shades of blues/ greens in her likes.

I haven't heard from my partner so this is the package I sent to MomyAmy.

MomyAmy said she loved royal family's, monarchy etc especially the British. Since I'm sending from the UK I decided to send a hoop of the royal coat of arms.

She also asked for any kind of bag and a wallet/holder for her cell phone and travel card. I love this fabric and will defiantly need to use the leftovers on something for myself.

I wasn't 100% sure the phone holder would fit, so I also sent a Downton Abbey bookmark because she's a fan.

Gozer - Great coin purse, I like that it's got lots of pockets for all the extra bits and bobs that end up in your purses. Great idea for that awkward older teen age group, I'm sure they'll love them. p.s. The fabric is gorgeous!  I'm going to have to go look for something similar because I just love that. Do you know what brand it is?

Prompt: Red Alert - Lucky Charms
Team: Wordy
Project Name: Sailor Cosmos Tote
Brief Description: For the Craft my Fandom swap, this was a character I hadn't heard of but loved once I started researching. The tote is based on her skirt which I think looks a bit like a rainbow. Rainbows and leprechauns go together, right?

Rockingbearranch - Your TV Credenza sounds like a exciting project! I'm looking forward to seeing what you make.

Bunny1kenobi - The necklaces are beautiful, I think the heraldic unicorn is my favourite. Your jewellery is always so pretty, do you sell it? The Elizabeth Peters books sound really good, I love a bit of Egyptology. I'll have to hunt them down for holiday reading.

Smeddley - The Bob idea is genius anyway but the Dalek version is hilarious! And for such a good cause.

Ludi - All your needlework makes me so jealous of your stitching! He has such an adorable little face and I love his lace collar.

Prompt: March - Techy Y2K
Team: Wordy
Project Name: Bulbasaur Cross-Stitch
Brief Description: I've been wanting to to some game sprite stitching for a while so this prompt was good motivation. Bulbasaur was always my favourite starter Pokemon (that little face!) and doing this made me want to dig out my old games. I might do some more if I get around to it.
