2  Archive of Past Craftster Challenge Entries / CHALLENGE 91 ENTRIES / This and That catch all bag... on: October 08, 2013 11:34:53 PM
This is my first time posting and I'm super excited. For each challenge I have purchased materials with the intention of participating. So here I am at the ninth hour determined to post this challenge entry. I used a gold pillow case I found thifting along with denim fabric with gold dragon flies detail.I also used black ribbon and an aplique with cards. I cut the pillow case down the center added a panel of the fabric the length of the pillow case used heat and bond type material to adhere them together. Cut slits in the top to run the ribbon through to have a drawstring effect and added an aplique to the front for a small added touch. Voila a This and That bag!!! Pics to follow are materials used and the before and after...

Proud to finally be a first time poster after all this  time!!!

10  PAPER CRAFTS, SCRAPBOOKING & ATCs (ARTIST TRADING CARDS) / Paper Crafts: Discussion and Questions / Re: Collage Help Requested on: February 07, 2006 09:21:20 AM
I was reading what parisgirl said about laminating and I have a question.  I am doing twelve what I feel are collages on cardstock for a calendar, how would I preserve them to put them in calendar form without laminating them, because after I finished them I was going to laminate them, what other choices do I have?
