I made these atc's for the abc atc swap. They're all very different styles because I tried to make them to my three different partners' tastes. Hopefully that worked out!

Um, these are the very first atc's I've ever made, so don't say anything bad. 

this was, obviously, the a-c swap. "A's are sexy" (because all the teeny a's were cut out from a frederick's of hollywood lingerie catalogue, they kind of look like polka dots, but take my word for it, they're teeny little a's that took forever to cut out) "b is for butterfly" and "c is for cupcake".

barack seems like a great guy, but i've been a hillary fan since I was 8 years old. anyhow, I've seen a couple pieces of political craftiness, and thought I should share my own. this is my handmade campaign button, handsewn with a double layer of felt, a heart applique, and some simply messy embroidery. I've gotten several requests to make more, but school eats all my free time....


eta: everyone should make buttons! maybe not hillary buttons, but any kind. we get a vote, we should use it! my next button is going to be a generic 'VOTE' button with no specific candidate. the handmade cutie pie buttons really catch people's attention, and I've had tons of people talk to me while I was wearing it. it's a great way to get people interested in this election.

We have community dinner twice a week, and next sunday is my turn to cook. But I had some unexpected bills pop up, and I have seriously little cash to spend to feed ten people - like 20 bucks.  Luckily vegan meals are cheap, but one of our folks is on a wheat-free diet so that cuts out half of the super cheap meals in my recipe box. I'd also like to avoid lentils, since we had them yesterday.
