The first is made from a thrift store dress and some stash fabric and the second is from 2 old button down shirts that I stopped wearing a million years ago.

I used real acorns and some cream colored lace weight wool from the thrift shop. I tea-dyed the wool first. The only stitches I used are chain and sc.

I found this great vintage linen at a thrift shop for under $5. I added a little stash fabric and sewed up view D of McCall's 5456.

I used some remnant bin denim, vintage buttons and some cotton from my stash to sew up this jacket. I altered McCall's 5697 as a pattern.

I used some old jeans and fabric from my scrap bin to make these. The top one is a bubble skirt. I used a 50% increase on the tiered skirt to make it really full.

I used one of my old shirt to make this for my daughter. It had 6 darts which I had to pull in order to have enough fabric. I didn't use a pattern, just sort of worked my way around the seams and this is what I came up with.

I made this little tunic using some scrap bin flannel and a vintage Simplicity pattern from 1975.

I LOVE this pattern. I made this top with a thrifted sheet and some remnant bin fabric. I omitted the collar and added some cuffs to the sleeves.
