I received my parcel last week, but it went to the post office as I wasn't home.......here it is;

The Jar was wrapped in these fabric scraps and came with a lovely crotchet covered hanger, handmade by my partner - I love it!

Here was the Jar!

...sneak peak inside and one of the covered buttons!

all of the goodies inside!

Thank you MiLady, I really liked all the things you sent.

Hi, I'm really glad the jar survived and that you like the contents. On reflection maybe the bead should have been bagged but you did opt for a mix lol! I tried to include things based in your interests and your Pinterest hence the shamrock necklace and stitch counters. I really enjoyed collecting bits and pieces for you Smiley glad you liked the jar too!

I had a post office card yesterday so maybe that's my package! I'll be going round to see on Tuesday so will let you know!

I sent my package a week go, but haven't heard from my partner so I'm concerned about wether she has it or not. We are both in the uk so I shouldn't take that long!?!

Apologies for being a little quiet, I have pneumonia (again!!), looking forward to th gallery Smiley

I will be sending tomorrow, I have been finished a while but wanted to make sure I had included everything I could before sending.

My handcrafted whimsies are small and random, but hopefully my partner will like them! I'm now praying my 'jar' won't break!

Can't wait to see the gallery x

9  BATH AND BEAUTY / Bath and Beauty: Completed Projects / Re: Chilli Vanilla - First Swirl Soap on: April 08, 2013 01:36:59 PM
It's a hard smell to describe but it is nice, sort of fresh but zingy, not too sweet like some vanilla scents can be....think the paprika adds to the smell too. I found an avacado and orange scent recently too...which is odd, lol x
10  BATH AND BEAUTY / Bath and Beauty: Completed Projects / Chilli Vanilla - First Swirl Soap on: April 08, 2013 01:07:23 PM

This batch of soap was made with vegetable, coconut and palm oil and coloured naturally with paprika. A chilli and vanilla essence was added for the scent and then I used a pillar to do a marble effect. I hadn't done this before and I think it turned out ok. It smells lovely and has lovely big bubbles!

Thanks for looking Smiley
