1  Glow Stick of Destiny in Needlework: Completed Projects by horsygirl321 on: July 31, 2013 02:27:16 PM
Like many, many people, I have seen the Avengers several times. Several.

Remember that little monologue that Tony gives to Loki at the top of Stark Tower? Where Tony is listing all of the Avengers and there's the whole spine-tingling "you can be damn sure we'll avenge it" bit?  Well, on about my third time through the movie, I heard Tony Stark call Loki's staff the glow stick of destiny.

GLOW STICK OF DESTINY.

How had I missed that before?! I rewound, rewatched, and then rewound it again. Checked with others to make sure they heard it, and then just laughed. By far one of the best quips I've heard.

So of course I had to make something. And here it is...

Thanks so much for looking!  Kiss

3  Wear the Wild Things Are in Knitting: Completed Projects by horsygirl321 on: November 02, 2011 08:03:11 AM
Here's my halloween costume!

A Max hat.  Cheesy

You know what's sad? No one could tell me who I was dressed up as. Just one person actually remembered the book.  Undecided

I'm hoping some lovely craftsters will know about it! Thanks for looking, please leave any comments, questions, or otherwise.   Kiss

There are a couple more pictures over in the knitting boards:

It's taken me long enough, (almost 4 months!), but here is my latest Doctor Who design.  Cheesy

The Keep Calm and Carry On mantra regenerated into the Whoniverse.

Any comments, questions, or otherwise would be lovely! Thank you for looking.  Kiss
