Hi I'm Gabi (Hence the name)
I'm 13 years old.
I'm from Perth in Western Australia.
I do mainly photography but I want to learn how to knit and sow so I can do cool stuff like all you guys can do. :3

I've had her for two years now. She is the school councillor and is having a baby boy, any ideas on what I should give/make for her?

When I was making my metal beetle I needed to glue the wings to the main frame of the body. As I was putting a new glue stick in the gun it exploded leaving a burn on my hand. A different glue gun did the same thing the next day.

I'd been around glue guns all my life, since my mum used to make flower arrangements. I think glue guns have it in for me.

I made this for school because I do fine art. It is made up of metal wire, beads and a bottom of a Christmas ornament. The beads were held in place by thin metal wire that was coiled around the wins. Wings were glued on my using a hot glue gun.

It took me around 550 - 1000 minutes to make. (Three 55 minute periods a week for around 6 weeks.)

I'll add updated photos when I bring it home for school in two weeks since it is busy being featured at my school's art expo.
