My 4 year old dd is going as Little Red for Halloween. I have a red hooded sweater jacket, I would like to recon for her has her costume cape or hooded sweater her size.
I am so scared to cut it up, afraid it will unravel. It's a knitted sweater, not sure of the material, I did not check. I can if needed for your opinions.
How would I resize it too? It is a juniors M, so it needs to be for a 4 year old.
