We're almost finished! I believe that alwaysinmyroom has received from craftylittlemonkey, but we have yet to see the loveliness (unless I missed it  Undecided ). Sorry for the delay in feedback - I was busy with "friendsgiving." I'll do it now.

I'd love to host another after the holidays. If anyone else would like to organize before then, I'd join  Grin

Thanks everyone for making this a great swap, and thanks to those of you who helped me organize my first swap! Our gallery was so awesome this first round, I almost can't imagine how great it will be the next time  Grin

Those are fantastic Wulf! I wonder if you would make me a whole quilt like that?!  Grin

I will be posting feedback this weekend, if anyone needs it before that, please send me a message and I'll do it sooner!

hey, when y'all have a free moment, could you check the "sent/received" tally on the first page of the gallery to see if I have your status right? I feel like it's not quite right and feel like I forgot someone. Thanks!

Joyful, I love what yofi sent you!

And feast your eyes on what I received from yofi today. They both have perle thread, which I don't have in my stash but now must get! I love the compositions of both of them, and so much texture, not to mention the lovely stitches! I'm not that great of a photographer so hope you can see the texture, in the black one especially.

I love how the colorful chain stitches are coming out of the receptacle - kind of like flowers/plants out of a vase or nice aromas out of a carafe.

I love the plant on the right, the vine, the weaving. I love it all  Grin

Thanks yofi for being a great partner!

Wow, I love how different those two are from all the others. The diversity in our gallery really is amazing! When I first looked at the "dragon" I thought it was a deer in the trees. That's the story I'm sticking with!

And I love the range of the fabrics and stitching in the blue one.

There isn't one thing in this gallery that I don't want  Grin

Yeah, those are awesome. I'll say again, the variety is really incredible. Everybody has had their own unique take on this project, it's very inspiring. I've been stitching more little patches every day. I think I'm getting better at spontaneously putting randomness together into something nifty. I can't help feeling like I should have practiced more before making what I made for this swap. I sent very carefully pieced projects and now I find myself loving the organic look so much more than that. Oh well, stitch and learn, right? Wink.

ME TOO!
