Those TM coasters are great!  Never thought of making them coasters.  Hmmmm maybe some quick little presents shall be created now.

I am still around, lurking, not really crafting, I should be crafting but mainly just sitting LOL.  Hope to get my prompts done by the end of the month. We'll see how that goes though.

3  ORGANIZED CRAFT SWAPS / The Swap Gallery / Re: Little Visitor Swap Round 20 - GALLERY on: December 20, 2014 12:01:37 AM
We've kinda just been hanging out at home lately but yesterday we went to Disneyland since it was the last day before our passes are blacked out til January.  We mainly hung out at California Adventure but we did get to see the Haunted Mansion done up all Nightmare before Christmas style at Disneyland Wink

Then in California Adventure, we saw this

and somehow ended up inside of it!

Oh goodness, it was scary but that is just my take on it, Twinkie seemed to handle it much better than I did.

She also got to meet up with Ariel and other creatures under the sea!

Hopefully with me being off of work for 2 weeks, we should get some fun things in during that time!

I have been working hard on this but it seems like I am not making much progress even though I have spent a ton of time doing it LOL!  I have two more things to finish then I am sending out.
7  NEEDLEWORK / Needlework: Stitchalongs / Re: Hoopla A-Long 2013-2014 on: December 03, 2014 06:30:26 PM
The winner for November is CRAZYDA79!

Congrats Crazyda79!

Awww thanks!  That's exciting!

As for the new ideas, I love that one of everyone stitching the same thing and seeing how it turns out.  Kinda like those painting parties that are popular now.  Super cool.

All of the other ideas are great too!  I'll try and think of some but I am kinda not so good at that :/

Question: If I have to make a supply for my research project BUT it has nothing to actually do with the research project, can it be used for one of the prompts (if it can be)?  I don't even know what the prompts are yet but I was just checking just in case Wink

I think you should be okay if it is not part of your actual Research Project, but will depend on what it is and how it's involved.  For example, if you spin some yarn you could submit it for a prompt.  And then you could use that yarn to knit a huge blanket for a Research Project.  If you make a quilt, you could not submit each block as a separate piece.  But if you hand printed some fabric, that could be turned in for a prompt, and then it could be incorporated into the Research Project quilt.  It would also depend on how you conceptualize and propose the project.  In the first example, if you proposed your Research Project as spinning yarn and knitting a blanket, then obviously you couldn't turn in the hand spun yarn as a separate prompt.

I don't even know if that made sense!  You can always post or PM me with the specific of your projects if you want some more clarification!

Thanks!  I appreciate that.  My supply would work as it's own definitely!
