ADORABBBBLE. i love the green and zebra combo. i might just have to make some for my little brother (who is 2 Smiley)

Unless your little brother has really small feet, you will likely have to enlarge the pattern. I'm not good at that kind of things so I enlarged it on the computer screen and when the foot shape was roughly the size of her regular shoe (plus 1/4" for seam allowance) I traced on a paper all 4 pieces right off the computer screen. That's not the "right" way of doing things but it worked for me Smiley

LOL ok sorry I am not laughing at you thats just soooooo genious!!! Something I would do.. and WILL do now that you have said it lol... thanks for the inspiration...  that trick would work too when the printer is down too lol.. Ah wonderful thank you for sharing that sorry for rambeling lol
22  CLOTHING / Clothing for Kids: Completed Projects / Tiny shoes for Tink on: March 27, 2009 01:43:35 PM
OK so my DD will be one in about 3 weeks and she has the smallest feet imaginable.. she has a whole shelf of shoes (hand me downs and gifts from when she was first born) that she can not wear... So what could I do but make shoes... these are adapted from the stardust shoe pattern that can be found free online.. with a few addaptions to make them fit my wee one a bit better. These are a size 0-3 month lol gosh TINY feet for my little "Tink".

These are made with flannelette outside... some brown fuzzy stuff in my stash, and then some brown cord cut from some maternaty pants that I bought for like $2 that I ended up never wearing cause I hated them.. no wonder I scored them for $2 at burlington coat lol....

I hope you enjoy them. I was going to put something on the toes but I might leave this pair since the flowers match so well lol.. totally unplanned I cut the same part of the fabric for both toes lol... I have another pair cut and ready to sew that I want to give her for Easter.. they are rose and I think they will be home to a bunny or two on the toes lol... anyways enjoy the pics ... C&C and tips welcome!!!

I'm so scared to add colour to my lip balm.... (i know i'm a chicken!!!)

But your look great!!!!

What scares you hun? As long as you check that its lip safe and add it in small amouts its FUN!!! and it makes them that much more cheery!! once you try it with clear tubes you will be tickled I am sure

OK Ok I know I am missing blue.. but I am still debating on that.. I could do mint... but I have a mint in a non see through tube.. I was thinking cotton candy, but I am not sure I love cotton candy... so its left out for now....

Spring is in the air so out came my pop colours lol... Red is Strawberry Cream, Orange is Orange Dreamsicle,Yellow is Lemon Meringue Pie, Green is Carmel Apple and Purple is Groovy Grape...

If you have not tried the pop colours from tkb colour.. oh my you have to order I have the whole set of them and love them dearly. I also made some eye shadows today that I snuck some of the pop colours into and man I am in love.. I have a pixie dust eyeshadow to go with my tink obsession now lol!!!

Next I think is a three layered one mmmmmmm
I think that these little puppies will be going into some Easter baskets for some Kiddies!!

Enjoy! I hope the spring weather is inspiring you all too!!

awe so sweet!!! I just tried some this past week too.. they turned out ok but the pattern I used needs some work.. these look perfect.. I have been trying to find time to see if I can fix my pattern or find a new one as my sweet little baby girl (who is almost one) is still wearing 0-3 mth shoes (and they dont even fit well) and well I think its time to just make some that fit.
Great work.. please post a pic with the embleshments that you do!

I LOVE LOVE LOVE them
