It's lovely. I've been seeing forms like these at mineral shows for many years but this is the first time I've seen one that really struck me. kudos!
"Utah Ice" is a form of gypsum. To you aquarium lovers, do like Amy and craft with it, since it will eventually erode - it's water soluble - and harden the water as well!

Also, I really appreciate knowing what my rock is! It's interesting that an aquarium store would have something that wouldn't be very safe in aquariums. (I've never owned fish. I just go to the store for the rocks
) But I did wonder what it was. It looks kinda like quartz, but I knew it wasn't that because it was flaking off a little around the edges. I'd never heard of gypsum, but I looked it up. You learn something new every day, right? Thanks again!
