11  KNITTING / Knitting: Discussion and Questions / Corkscrew Scarf - Pattern Attached - Need Help on: October 13, 2010 11:26:05 AM
Here's the pattern and a link to the scarf:

CO - 20 stitches

knit 8 turn
knit 8 back
knit 6 turn
knit 6 back
knit 4 turn
knit 4 back
knit 20

Start over to desired length, bind off

What does knit 8 back mean?  I'm guessing knit the stitches in the back.
Should I wrap and turn?  (The pattern says easy, oh well)

Help!

I have a peyote word chart here's two lines:

40. (L) - (6)1, (2)2, (4)1

41.  (R) - (3)1, (7)2, (4)1

Do I start at (6) 1 on row 40?

Then go the end of the next row 41 at start with (4)1?

Definition:

19  CRAFTSTER CRAFT CHALLENGES / Craftster Craft Challenge Theme Ideas, Etc. / Craft The Board! I Can Make Anything on: December 10, 2009 04:24:15 PM
Like most of you here, I am a hardcore crafter who has tried most everything some successfully others not so successfully.

My challenge to you, craft a project in every category on the board then post it.  I know it is only one or two categories that you may not be familiar with.  No timeframe, just post as ICMA (I Can Make Anything).  Keep track of your finished projects.  No themes, just craft.

Ready, set, go!

What you think?
