Thanks so much for your comments everyone!  And now....to switch gears....Eeeek!  Ahhhh!  Ohhhh!  I am so excited with the treasure racky sent to me!  I've always loved her Halloween cat boxes - but I'm pretty sure I love this guy better!!!  Everything about him is wonderful - the face, the FEET, the bat on a stick, the little pumpkin!  C'mon - how adorable is THIS? I think...he is made of paper mache?  Is that right racky?  Please let us all know your process.  Thank you so much!  I couldn't be happier!  (And P.S., it came at 4:18.  I know this because I was waiting out at my mailbox at 4.)  Roll Eyes

Racky was my partner in the Vintage Halloween Swap.  After looking through her magnificent Halloween pinterest board for waaaaay too long I decided to do something based on the work of the amazing Willian Bezek.
He's made of polymer clay with a shaped wooden block for his body.  I made him a little distressed shirt, jacket and shorts, although they're still quite a jaunty shade of turquoise.  Wink

And here he is in his (ahem) final resting place.  It's an old wooden cheese box with a little bench made out of another old box.

Fun swap!  Keep your eye out for the soon to be amazing gallery for this one!

Yea!  He made it!  Glad you like him...and his cheese/nail box.  Wink  And might i add that creating tiny garments  (or garments of any size for that matter,) is always a labor of love for me. Please do not hold me accountable for my tailoring ability.  Haha!
Okay - yours should be in my box this afternoon!  Stay tuned everyone!!

What a good dog mom you are.  To be honest, I'd never go to the trouble since everything mine eat go immediately down their throats, (why would you bother chewing - it's a time waster!). Wink

HAPPY BIRTHDAY BETTY!!!!

Ludi, you are now my idol.

I'd have to say Night of the Living Dead, Sean of the Dead, Zombieland and 28 days Later.  ( do you see a trend here?) Actually Halloween always reminds me of Hocus Pocus because my kids would watch that 1000 times during the month of ?October.

Well, mine's officially sent and yes it was the safest thing for me to finish while I had the time.  Getting too complacent can be very dangerous for me!  Wink
