I feel bad for how long it's taken me to get this picture up! Sorry guys. I received from ChrisSews on Saturday and was blown away. The picture really does not do the detail any justice. I'm an anthropology student who is interested in human evolution, so she made me a human family tree! It's so perfect. There's a branch for Paranthropus, Australopithecus, and Homo. The leaf stitches are perfect. I just can't get over this piece. I'm gonna get it framed really soon. I'm scared that if I made it into a pillow, it might somehow get damaged!

I received from beckashell today! The whole thing is absolutely amazing. I was floored. The "jar" itself is so frickin' cool. IT'S A ROBOT. A cute little robot with a delivery for me. :3

And a shot of my favorites. The handkerchief is really pretty. The tiny x-stitched Zoey and Louis from L4D absolutely made my day. The origami ball was such a neat addition, it was full of whimsies! The crocheted flowers were really nice to receive. I love these kinds of things, but don'y know how to crochet.

I've seen snowed in this weekend due to the Snowpocalypse of 2010, so I took the plunge and made my first stamps. I've been on a big Valve game kick lately, so I figured why not make some Valve related stamps! I'm super happy with them and wanted to share.

I received my package from mimikachu yesterday morning! It was such an awesome thing to wake up too. I adore everything. The phone charm is already on my phone. I might stick it on my camera so it doesn't get banged up as much.


I love these! The cat baking bread is so cute. I can't wait to use them for school, they'll be so useful!


The tokidoki folder is full of stickers and stationary. There are two kinds of stationary! One has a cool vintage American shopping market theme and the other is tokidoki. I love tokidoki. The notebook is super cute. I love the front. "Wild and Crazy Exploring" is so perfect for me. 


THE CHARM. I don't know the character, but it's a little dog sitting in a cup of green tea.


The monokuroboo pouch is so neat. It's sewn from pants! How awesome is that? Talk about recycling. The notebook is baby boo and super cute. The heart pen lights up when you write! The little plastic vending machine balls are so useful. I can't wait to use them to put presents into. They'll find a good home come Christmas.

After wrestling with my mom's ancient digital camera, I have pictures! I love EVERYTHING. I was blown away when I first saw the "jar". Kinipayla stalked me so well. I swear, she must have gone through all of my posts or something.


It's so pretty in person and it actually looks like a book. I'm not sure what kind of secret something I'll be hiding in here. I gotta say, it's exactly what I needed since I'm going off to college this fall. 

Everything in the "jar". It barely closed. It was jam packed.

Kinipayla drew some beautiful embroidery patterns for me. The flash kinda hids it, but the middle one is a sleepy old man moon. I can't wait to embroider it.

These are my favorites out of everything. The little bag is full of 6 sided dice and some earring hooks. I can't wait to make them! I'm a huge D&D nerd, so I almost died when I saw it. The keychan says "Johnson Space Center, Houston" and the badge says "Kindness... Pass it on." I love the keychain! The earrings in the box are bunnies, and the little figure standing above them is a little dude in a brown suit. He's very handsome.  The blue necklace is BEAUTIFUL. I can't wait to wear it at work (I have a blue uniform!). The monkey is adorable. He's sitting on top of my desk.

I forgot to put the stick on mustache in the picture of my favorite stuff. It' so neat. The shark cards are from a board game. The metal piece is for stamping so my book can have a cover. And the card is a free download for a decemberists song!

The rainbow ribbon is so cool. I can't wait to put that on something. I swear Kinipayla was stalking me so well! I used to be a Masonic youth group called Int'l Order of the Rainbow for Girls. I had rainbows on everything. I had a HUGE nostalgia rush when I saw it.

They're eraser toppers and the duck is a charm. The love the little cute, it's so cute.

I got my package from fatewineroses today! It's pretty much the best package ever sent in a swap, ever. She used water color for "George" (our gentleman in the suit) and the foot. The sign towel is SO COOL in person. The pictures don't really do them justice. ALSO, A PINCUSHION. I NEEDED ONE SO BADLY.

Magnets! The tiny portrait ones are so cute and goofy. They immediately went up onto my fridge.


The card said there was a pin in the package, and I looked, and looked, and looked, and was going crazy, and then realized it was inside the racoon coin purse. The pin is super cool, it's made from a button.  And MFZB must be psychic, because I've been thinking recently that I need to buy a larger coin purse.


The sash/belt is so pretty. I may have to take a close up of the embroidery.


I love the pillowcase so much. It really is prettier in person. My blurry picture does it no justice. The back of it is light blue with white polka dots. And the text is teal and brown! My favorite colors.

I made this months and months ago, sometime in late 2007 (I think), way before I joined Craftster. But, it seems like it's okay to show off things you made a while ago. The bird, the words, and the heart are from the Kurt Halsey set, and the swirls are from, well, honestly I don't remember. They're either from the little starter box set, or from the sublime stitching book. I didn't sew the actual pillow, though. This is probably one of my favourite projects. I'm still super happy with how it came out. And it looks prettier in real life.
