I just stumbled across this challenge and decided to post a Cinderella dress I made for a Disney Halloween Party a few years ago. Sorry about the awful pics, they were taken before my craftster days so I didn't even think to take a full body shot. I'm pretty sure it says somewhere in the story that Cinderella gets absolutely steaming on her night out, so I did try and recreate this the best I could

The dress was made the night before halloween 2005 from a king size bedsheet I found in a charity shop, along with two matching pillowcases. I also added a hula hoop ring in the bottom to make it really wide which did look pretty, but I ended up getting stuck between chairs/toilet doors/people a lot that night which resulted in me having to lift up one side of the hoop and trying to flash my bum as little as possible. Obviously didn't think this through haha!

A little while ago I saw a pattern for a nurse plushie somewhere and immediately thought that I MUST make a cover for my mums hot water bottle based on it  I started sketching straight away and now, a good 4 months later, I finally got around to finishing it. Just in time for the summer, haha. She's got a bit of a conehead, but I guess nobody's perfect!

As it's normally very cold during Carneval in Germany, and staying warm is equally as important as looking cute when attending the parade, this year I decided my mummy and my daddy could go as bunnies

My boyfriend's lovely dad requested a quilt to tie in with his rugby-themed lounge. Et voila!
(The two lines underneath are the best bit in the welsh anthem-always makes him go even a little more proud to be welsh, bless!)

It all started with my mums best friend, who got made a quilt by all her friends for her 50th birthday. My uncle, a graphic designer, had to desing my mums square and pretty much demanded the same present for his 60th... Since I didn't actually know most of his mates, and my uncle is an avid stamp collector, we agreed that every friend and family member should design a special "Hans'-60th-Anniversary" stamp. My eyes kept going zig-zaggy for days after

This is the same pattern I used for my cousin's wedding quilt...
This one was made for my dear friend Lucy, but since our little westie is also called Lucy, I think she got a little confused tehe 

Again, this quilt was made out of upholstery fabric to make it nice and heavy.

I think this must be my favourite quilt so far...I even made it twice

It is pretty much entirely made from upholstery fabric, which makes it super heavy and extra snug i think.

Hello craftsters 
This is my very first post, seems like I have been lurking for ages and finally got the confidence to show off my work 

weeeeell, a great friend of mine has been going through a bit of a rough patch lately, and since she lives on the other side of the country I am barely ever able to give her a proper hug when she deserves one... I thought maybe a quilt could help a little.

The main idea was that the quilt should be as colourful and wild as possible, as to hide chocolate stains etc  so I started with a stamp quilt, but very soon lost the patience, I am still very new to the whole quilting thing and ALWAYS underestimate how long a project will take...

Anyways, the finished product:
