1  Baby Gargoyle (6 Photos) in Toys, Dolls and Playthings: Completed Projects by hey774 on: May 30, 2011 06:49:22 AM
Hello everyone! I decided to make a little baby gargoyle. He was made with varying shades of gray yarn, some black for his claws, and a little bit of white for part of his eyes and tooth.

Here is a picture of him looking head on. You can see his face fairly well in this picture. He has little eyes, a mouth, a nose, and one single tooth that sticks out. You can also see his little raised forehead brow.

His ears are slightly poseable, you can move them up or move them down, and they'll stay that way:

Here he is from the other side:

Here he is from the back:

I really like the way that he turned out! He just looks like he wants to be scooped up.  Cheesy

2  Baby Owl in Amigurumi: Completed Projects by hey774 on: May 27, 2011 02:34:46 PM
Here's a little free-handed baby owl. I really liked the way that he came out. I used some special fun yarn for his belly that I thought looked like feathers!

Here he is with his little head tilted to the side.

And here he is next to some flowers. They bring out his eyes!  Smiley

3  Re: How Bazaar! Crochet creatures & jewelry. *Patterns added!* in Amigurumi: Completed Projects by hey774 on: May 16, 2011 01:14:24 PM
I HAD to make some of the little snakes. They're so easy and quick, I love them! Smiley
What a great use of scrap yarn!

Group Shot

I used fabric paint for this one's eyes, and I liked how they reflected in the sunlight. Almost like a real snake!

Here's a groupshot of all of them together.  Smiley

It took awhile to get them to all cooperate and look at the camera, but they finally did!  Cheesy

5  Gnomes! in Amigurumi: Completed Projects by hey774 on: May 06, 2011 05:33:32 PM
I recently made some little gnomes to get in the springy mood! I made the pattern up myself, but modeled it after others that I had seen. For some of them I used the fun yarn to give them a stringy beard, and others I used regular white yarn. These are two of my favorites.

They aren't attached to the little pots, I just thought they looked cute sitting in them.  Smiley

This is my first own topic on here, hope you like them!

6  Re: clay pot snowmen in Winter Holidays by hey774 on: April 28, 2011 02:30:21 PM
I absolutly love this idea. When I saw it, I had to make my own. It's always fun to make snowmen when it's 80 and humid outside!
