1  HOME SWEET HOME / Crafty Housewares: Completed Projects: Reconstructed / DIY glass vases on: October 30, 2006 08:40:46 PM
here is a super simple project to recycle glass jars...

1.  collect and wash glass jars (ok, cut the bs...)
2.  wrap a length of wide lace trim around the belly of the jar
3.  use double-sided tape to stick down the slightly overlap area of the trim at the back of the jar
4.  use a needle to thread a piece of colored yarn through the top of the trim and finish off by tieing a bow

wah-la!!  finish!!  isn't that a piece of cake!?!?   Grin
now put in your freshly cut flowers or leaves and enjoy!!   Cheesy

siu siu came from guangdong of china, the dim-sum province, to hk to explore the town and have a shopping spree!! =)

siu siu likes to keep fit but is often too lazy to do any exercise...so she likes to visit the steam room and shed a few pounds there! maybe that's how she gets her rosy cheeks too!

(siu siu was inspired by my weekend visit to the dim sum restaurant...)
