Hopefully your step-mom gets through her mastectomy well, SML.
And man.  i went through school on tuition and a part time job that paid for my 1/2 the rent...... Simply because of financial aid issues, so I know how that feels..... it really sucks.
And I'm glad they don't think you're nuts for  wanting to do a fiber arts major.  Most people I know think I'm nuts I craft at all.....

ah yes. each one isn't big.  I think it comes to coming up with even 10 crafted items, as I know it isn't necesarry to fill the stocking full of crafted items...

And thanks!  Sugar is my princess.  She's such a spoiled cat.  But small and beautiful!  i love her Smiley

so I remember reading back somewhere that you were thinking of going with 20 things?  now how big are these things to be?  That seems like a lot to me....   what if we went with 2 groups?  like one group that would be like 10-15 things, and a second group that would be 20-25? or something like that... I'm just mildly afraid of the commitment of such a large package...  i guess Im still on the fence with this one, because of the size of it..

I'm soooooooooooooo glad it made it and that Customs didn't have to take the raspberry jam!!  It's homemade, I didn't make it, but I know the woman who did, and her jam rocks.  Also you can probably block the doiley under the brooch and use it as a coaster.  I also used that golden goose in the embroidery because i remember the story about how it laid an egg in your house Smiley
anyway, I'm glad you love your package!  It was really fun making it!

Yeah,  I was a starving college student for shoes.........   Unless you want to eat minestrone soup after 3 days of water and crackers only to toss it back up and forever not beable to eat minestrone soup again,  I suggest  curbing the urge to spend your grocery money on fiber....  i do however suggest taking on a few shifts at the LYS so you might get discounts!!!
