I'll see if I can convince my hubby that I need to go to Lebanon.  it's 10 hours to the border, then oh since its 1/2 way into the states..... another 15 hours or so....  yeah I'll be there for sure.... LOL   Anything else interesting there?  That might convince him we need a holiday to the states Smiley
7313  FIBER ARTS / Felting: Discussion and Questions / Re: September Felt-along - preparing for OCT 3rd. International felt-bombing on: October 01, 2009 01:59:24 PM
i made my first nuno felted thing (I say thing, because it was supposed to be a flag, but it could go nicely around my neck as a cowl too, and it could just be a wall hanging)  But I'm thinking it's to heavy to be a flag,a nd if i want to make into a cowl later, i don't want it full of bugs.  i'll approach the local convinience store and see if they have somewhere to display it inside.  My only probalem with it is that I think I used to much wool....  so it's not as wrinkly and loverly as i've seen some thing.  I still like though....

Although I bet i kick myslef when I find something I rerally want online and just have it on my wist, and not in the questionaire too....  lol

eee!  i'm in!  man that was a tough one to fill out.... Trying to think of absolutely everything someone might ask....
Luckily this is my only swap.  I've limited myself to one at a time.  Keeps it sane, you know?  all the crafting for my family should get done pretty quickly, it's all stocking stuffer things.  Now to work on all thier stuff while I wait impatiently for partners!  (and try and find out what tcmattesons address is so I can send her a thanks for organizing gift....... since she is not participating......)

Oh, have you all noticed I talk to much... yeah, I'll be one of the chatty ones......  Craftster also helps to keep it sane...  Grin

I've almost completed my questionaire.  I hope my partner is ready for an essay on my life and everything that is me, or that I am involved in.....

yup, I suppose it all depends on the stories you've heard and what has happened to you to make a person have a way of thought on it.   tool or no, I would still be afraid to distroy it, even to create something spectacular (like your houses) But then, that's just me Smiley

ummm... Am I the only one who thinks you are absolutely nuts to have chopped up an ouija board?!?  I dunno but those things are evil (now I'm not particularily religious, but do belive in demons and evil, and have seen the crazyness of the ouija board-and no I was niether high nor drunk) and as much as I'd like to have an ouija board to have out at halloween, I sure as heck would never ever think of distroying one....  you are either very brave, or very crazy.

With all that said they are absolutely fabulous, and all look really cool.  But I'm glad one is not coming into my own home Smiley
