So, with my search for different types of rolled icing (as a request from a friend who didn't like the marshmallow fondant, she wants me to decorate her cakes from now on LOL) I found this recipe:

On this one you can see this fondant cracks easily. Thats okay for now. Just more practice with it I think.

As for flavor and texture, the icing is pretty tasty, though next time I skip out on the almond extract. I've never had luck with that extract, it always tastes weird to me. It also has a nicer texture then the MMF (which is chewy) Kind of melt in your mouth~ish. Lets hope the MIL likes it too, since the cake is technically for her!
