Chrisisthereason,  Can you open another thread, with a link to the picture?  (You'll have to have 10 posts (? or 15?) before you can post a picture here.  One of the Mods will be able to reveal the image for you, so no one has to click off site to see the picture.

CatFish!  Cute brooch, Harlan!
I rarely see brooches anymore... I have a few that are permanently attached to certain coats, that I no longer wear, though intend on wearing in the future... But none of my normal clothes are formal enough for a brooch...

Thanks Taramor!

Onyx, I'm glad this one has the cook top space and the place to hang the cooking utensils. I'm also glad we haven't had to use it yet!  I also haven't been successful in lighting a fire myself... I can do that in open air no problem, but for some reason this thing is a different beast! I'll get it yet!

Our gas bill isn't crazy expensive (Our electric on the other hand O.O)  But we do have power outages more frequently then some places, which kick out the furnace due to it's electric parts.  I'm curious though, as to how much the gas bill will drop since we've used it almost everyday for a better portion of the day for the last month....
That's super cute about the dogs, Onyx.  The cats are the big fans in this house. The dog on the other hand, she's always looking for the coldest spot on the basement floor! She's to fluffy. Smiley

That would be nice!!  Our code had an "inches from inflammable surface from back corner of the stove" and "Inches from the ceiling" which both are met with some wiggle room.   It's an incredibly tall stove, but a very nice and effective one.  Thanks TheMistressT!
