Craft swapping seems to be the best at getting the creative juices flowing!! That's when I'm more apt to try new crafts, myself. Good call Mama24boyz! Smiley

I just have to do the finishing on the large item, and then I think it's done. I'm working on a medium, which is coming out fan-freaking-tastic. I may have to make it for myself Wink That's probably going to take me right to the deadline, unfortunately. I was hoping to have an early send out, but my weekends seem to be getting very full, so, yea. Less crafting time on the weekends.

Hey guys, sorry I haven't replied in so long! My sister recently decided that her 3 year engagement is finally turning to a wedding. The best part? She has to plan it in two months on a poor person's budget!! (Due to an illness in her fiance's family, which isn't looking good. Sad They want to make sure he is able to witness the event) SO! I have been busy busy busy seeing as i am her maid of honor and pretty much attempting to help her make stuff for cheap. BUT! That isn't taking away from my crafty craft time Smiley We just had to knock out the dress portion/ getting ideas made. PHEW! Long winded. So I haven't done anything. I have all the ideas and materials, it is just sitting down with it. So I am planning on getting half done this weekend half the next. Smiley I have been in such a Zelda mood lately, I even went to gamestop (To buy the new Monster Hunter game Smiley ) and ended up talking to the clerk about Zelda for...I think an hour LOL!!

Congrats to your sister, although that does suck that the rush is because of illness Sad I wish her fiance's family the best from what must be a rough time.

On a crafty note, I wasn't able to do much this week, however I'm hoping to bang out a good chunk today and some tomorrow too! Hope everyone's crafting is going well! Smiley

I know what you mean striker, lol.  I don't craft with family either.  I don't think they'd care too much, well, not true, I may get made fun of a bit by the guys, but I would just feel weird.  Too bad.  Embarrassed

I've brought my knitting to two different family (in-laws) events and even though I was knitting something mindless, I got variations of, "Are we not interesting enough?/Are we boring you?"

(sarcasm) You know, because at knit group, we just all sit around knitting silently. Because apparently you can't have a conversation if your hands are busy. (/sarcasm)

It's just a bit frustrating, because I can't JUST sit and craft. I have to have music or the TV on or someone to talk to. So when we're all just sitting before or after dinner I get all ADD because I feel like I could be being productive at the same time...

On a happy note, I think my large is going (mostly) swimmingly! I still have to add a bit more to it, but it is about 85% complete Smiley I've started the medium as well, and hoping to work on that a bit more tonight.

Didn't have much time to craft during the work week, but I'm hoping to get a good solid chunk out today, since tomorrow is Easter and unfortunately, crafting doesn't seem to fly at family events Sad

Already have an idea for a large and medium, just a matter of seeing if I can pull them off. Trying to think of some other ideas just in case those don't work out... lol

Got a Joann's coupon for this weekend, so looks like I'll be hitting up the craft store!  Grin

I say the DSXL, the 3ds is cool, but not good for little ones eyes, although you can turn the 3d on and off.  I like the big screen for the xl, but if you want the 3d, theres now a 3dsxl.  And with the 3ds you can get OoT.  Theres also Spirit Tracks and Phantom Hourglass for DS.  Also with the 3ds, you can play both 3ds games and regular ds games.

As for Majoras Mask , it was originally for Nintendo 64.  But did you hear they are remaking it for the WiiU?  I also heard theres gonna be a new Zelda game, although they didn't say ANYTHING else about it at all.

Just keep in mind, that as much as a Zelda fan you may be, PH is a tough game... because you end up going back to the same dungeon over and over again to complete even more of it it's huge). I actually never finished this game because of it, lol. Maybe it's because I wasn't able to obtain enough sand, but otherwise it was still fun for the other parts Smiley
