I received from IMIS today!  She claimed me for an Autumn themed hanging for my door.  She sent me a beautiful piece that is already in place.

and of course... some dark chocolate...

Everything was wrapped so nicely and that cute little cupcake!  She also picked up a pack of jolee's boutique sticker collage for a birthday page or card.  Thank You sooooo much!

I've received my awesome OTT from zigg13pra today.  (after much stalking of my mail carrier)

An amazing altered altoid tin.  Can you believe that this was her first time making a polymer clay altered altoid tin?  Beautiful.

Thank You, zigg13pra!  I LOVE it!  Thank You for not keeping it for yourself.   Cheesy Cheesy

I got an unbelievable envelope from Machaine this morning.

Cute envelope:

ugh... sorry, blurry pics.  Would take more but I already used the fabric and ribbon.  haha, yes, I liked it that much that I used it today.

Headband:

Autumn themed paper, rub ons.  (wow, I really sucked at the photo uploading today... this one is sideways.   Undecided )

This was a lot of fun!  I will definitely look for more rounds or a small flat rate box swap.  Thank You to both of my partners that sent me envelopes of amazing stuff.

Yay!  I received my awesome envelope from myklia!!!

A great selection of 'vintage ladies' like I had hoped for.  These are so fun to look at.  Also, see that black glitter?  Those are two pieces of glitter felt!   Grin Grin  I think its funny because I sent her some black glitter paper.

Two of my favorite ladies:

Fun summer paper:

She had decorated the inside of the envelope which I forgot to take a picture of.  Thank You, myklia!  LOVE my envelope.   Wink

I posted this on my gallery but I figured that most are not checking it since we really have nothing to post there yet.

GamerGirl and I were partners in a previous swap and have kept in touch.  She surprised me with a package and inside was this fabulous ghost.

Thanks Sara!

                                                                       *    *    *

This isn't from my partner, Deadbathducky but from GamerGirl.  We were partners in a previous swap and have kept in touch.  She sent me something super cute that I wanted to share with you all.  Sara, you are such a sweetheart!
Behold the cuteness:

This darling little ghost has a zipper for a mouth which can hold little trinkets.  My 5yo son likes to put his little ghost keychain in it.

Thank You GamerGirl!  So thoughful of you!!!

*   *   *
Goodies from my partner, deadbathducky:

Group Shot:

Day 13:
A monster bag that can also be used as a pillow.  This is really soft and all 3 of my boys have been sharing it as a pillow.

pillow:

Day 12:
A really cute ghost.  This little fella escaped his wrapping in transit to me and decided that it needed to be posted sooner rather than later in my mini gallery.   Wink

Day 11:
A gift for my youngest.  (WOW!  This is a crappy pic!  ha, sorry.  He wasn't really cooperating at the time.)  It consisted of a lot of candy, a cute little toy cup that he has been 'drinking' from all morning, and an adorable crafted mummy.  (better pic to come)

Day 10:
A gift for my middle.  More candy...  Roll Eyes  (They were beyond excited about the candy since Mom rarely ever has any in the house... usually just dark chocolate and I tend to hide it and eat it when they are sleeping.)  A terribly cute crafted vampire.  LOVE his little fangs and cape!

Day 9:
A gift for my oldest.  More candy...   Roll Eyes Roll Eyes  And his crafted lovely is a cute little dragon.  At first I thought it was the Jolly Green Giant but was wondering why he had a tail.  hahaha.  Then I figured it out.  (Kids had no clue who the Jolly Green Giant was.)

It really worked out not getting my package right away because it allowed all 3 of the kids to open at the same time instead of me trying to explain the advent calendar style of this swap.
 All three halloweenies together:

Day 8:
"eye see you"

This is adorable!  A HANDmade hand pendant that is holding an eyeball in an Adams Family-esque box like 'Thing' resided.  This is fantastic.  It is on a ribbon since I am allergic to most metals and cannot wear Jewelry.  LOVE it!

Also included today:  A gooey eyeball.  My kids were grossed out by this.  very squishy!

Day 7:
Nightmare Before Christmas whimsy box.  I cannot find the 'S' that is obviously missing from this picture.  I searched everywhere.

Inside box:
Fun Halloween whimsies and a lovely bookmark.

Day 6:
When I unwrapped today's package this is what I found.  A cute little dead felt fishie (Which I gave to my cat and have no idea where it is now... Roll Eyes ) and then a second wrapped item...

An apple!  And I LOVE this fabric by the way.  It is fun photo shoot fabric.   Cheesy

Day 5:
CANDY!  I was wondering when I would stumble upon some candy.  A great assortment that I quickly hid away from my children so they don't steal it from me.   Cheesy

And...  A 'Party Stache'!!  I kind of have a thing for mustaches and this is too fun.  I can't wait to wear it.  (Maybe for trick or treat.)

Day 4:
A mini monster wreath and bookmark.  The bookmark is the purple monster fur on one side and the other is cross stiched... must have forgotten to get a pic of the reverse.   Undecided

And a cute 'MONSTER' cuff bracelet.

Day 3:
A giant spider web decoration.

Day 2:
A needle craft kit.

Day 1... Happy Halloween!!!
So funny that both of are days are of the same subject matter.  My medium was felt and floss, hers was paint and canvas.

Thank You so much!  This has been a wonderful swap!  So much fun looking through everyone's personal galleries.

19  Re: 2009 Holiday Handmade Crusade :: (August Theme Page 1) in Craftalongs by elociNNicole on: August 28, 2009 08:00:24 AM
Ah, finally a theme that I can relate to!  I 'started' crafting in May for Christmas and this is about as far as I have gotten.  One lonely mitten.  Not even finished yet.  Although I am a bit further along since taking this picture.  I am currently working on the thumb and then have the finger flap to work on.

I was hoping to finish a pair of these for several family members and friends.  Like 7 or so pairs...  um.... I think I will be ecstatic if I ever finish this pair.  I am swearing off swaps until I finish up some Christmas stuff.

Hopefully 2010 will be more productive for me.   Undecided

20  Re: Play Food Sweat Shop Swap Sandwich Round 1 Gallery of Yummy Goodness in The Swap Gallery by elociNNicole on: August 15, 2009 06:29:13 AM
I believe it was a project posted here on craftster... maybe not... I kinda have a thing for mustaches.  weird- yes, harmless- of course.  And only crafted ones.  Lady L and I met in a Holiday swap last year and she spoiled me rotten and the mustache ornaments were part of the spoiling.  (and then I believe she made bunches for friends and family.)

As a group (From Lady L):  Notice Lips, Mustache and 'Santa' Beard  Wink

On my second born (From Lady L):

I have even received more of these ornaments and other mustache goodies from other swaps.  I am easy... send me a mustache and I am a happy lady:
